Research Highlights: Coded qualitative survey data on immigrant identity, cross-racial engagement, and perceptions of racism for comparative research on first- and third-generation immigrant groups. Contributed to the refinement and evaluation of public-facing messaging on disparate impact and synthesized MaxDiff survey findings into presentation materials. Developed the opposition/control messaging treatment for a randomized controlled trial (RCT) evaluating pro–disparate impact messaging against an opposing-message condition.
